Can I pick up items from you?

When will my order arrive?

We ship the majority of our orders daily via Australia Post or various Courier services from Sunshine Coast, Qld area. Delivery times vary depending on where you are located. If you haven't received your order within 7 days please contact us (please allow longer for WA).

How much is postage? 

We offer a flat rate shipping of $15.00. We ship everywhere in Australia including Tasmania. All our parcels are tracked and you will be sent tracking details upon fulfillment of your order.

What size rug should I order?

The most important thing to remember when purchasing a rug is to get the right size.

The most effective way to work this out is to actually measure the horse. Knowing your horses height really isn't enough to work out what size rug you need. Just because your horse is a certain height doesn't necessarily mean that a certain size rug will fit him/her. Just like us, horses come in many different shapes. We don't work out the size of our shirts by how tall we are. Neither should we with our horse.

Measuring your horse is very easy. We have always found that a normal dressmakers tape is as good as any. You can purchase special tapes that measure for rug size, weight and height, these tapes are very effective but not a must have.

  • Measure the horse from the centre of the chest along the side of the horse to a point level with the end of the rump
  • Take the measurement in inches. For those younger ones who perhaps only know metric there are 12 inches to a foot
  • We advise to go up not down in size, remembering that rugs come in 3" increments

 

 

What is your return policy?

Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at kelly@neddywear.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Neddy Wear will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Please note: We do not replace or refund rugs which have been ripped on fences.
